By accessing our website and booking our villa, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Reservation
 

• Booking Process: To reserve Kalyana Villa, guests can visit our official website or use authorised booking platforms. The reservation will be considered complete and confirmed once we receive a valid payment for the booking.
   

• Minimum Age Requirement: To make a reservation at Kalyana Villa, guests must be at least 18 years of age. By making a reservation, guests confirm that they meet this age requirement.
   

• Group Bookings: We welcome group bookings and please note that we reserve the right to accept or decline group reservations based on our policies and the villa's capacity. Please contact us in advance to discuss availability and terms.
   

• Reservation Confirmation: Upon successful payment and confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing essential details, including check-in and check-out information, villa address, and contact information.

 

2. Payment and Pricing
 

• Rental Rates: The rental rates for Kalyana Villa are paid in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) on our official website and authorised booking platforms. These rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. We always encourage guests to book directly on our website to get the best rental rates and enjoy special discounts.
   

• Payment Methods: We offer multiple payment methods to accommodate your preferences including international bank transfer, TransferWise, debit or credit card (with an extra 3% fee). Please note that we do not currently accept American Express and PayPal.
   

• Cancellation and Refund Policy: Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the rate or package selected during the booking process. Please note that when we process a refund in a currency other than IDR, the exchange rate applied will be the one in effect on the day of payment processing. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates.
   

• Additional Fees: In addition to the rental rate, there may be additional fees associated with your stay, such as fees to enjoy our signature experiences, specific services, and amenities. These fees will be clearly stated during the booking process, and you are responsible for their payment as indicated.
   

• Rate Changes: Please note that rates are subject to change without prior notice. However, once you have made a reservation and received a booking confirmation, the rate for your stay will be honored.

3. Check-In and Check-Out
 

• Check-In Time: The standard check-in time for Kalyana Villa is 2:00 PM local time. Early check-in requests may be accommodated based on villa availability. Please inform us in advance if you require an early check-in, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
   

• Check-Out Time: Guests are expected to check out of the villa by 11:00 AM local time on their scheduled departure date. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please notify us if you wish to request a late check-out.
   

• Key or Access Code Handover: Upon check-in, guests will receive the keys for entry to Kalyana Villa. It is your responsibility to keep these keys secure during your stay. Lost keys or access codes may result in additional charges for replacement or rekeying.
   

• Luggage Storage: If you arrive before the standard check-in time or need to store luggage after check-out, we can provide luggage storage options. Please inquire about luggage storage arrangements if needed.
   

• Early Departure: In the event of an early departure before the scheduled check-out date, please inform us in advance. Please note that early departures may be subject to the cancellation and refund policy applicable to your reservation.

 

4. Occupancy and Guest Responsibilities
 

• Maximum Occupancy: Kalyana Villa has a maximum occupancy limit that is clearly defined based on the villa's capacity and amenities. The maximum occupancy for the villa can be found in the villa description on our villa page. Exceeding this limit is not allowed.
   

• Guest Behavior: We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during their stay at Kalyana Villa. This includes refraining from any disruptive or unruly behavior that may disturb neighbors or other guests.
   

• Pet Policy: Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed in Kalyana Villa. If you require accommodations for service animals or have specific pet-related inquiries, please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.
   

• Safety and Security: Guests are responsible for ensuring the security of the villa during their stay. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa, and use the provided safes for valuable items. Report any security concerns or incidents promptly to villa management.
   

• Local Regulations: Guests are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations while staying at Kalyana Villa. Any violations may result in legal action or penalties imposed by local authorities.

 

5. Security and Safety
 

• Security Measures: Kalyana Villa is committed to providing a secure and safe environment for all guests. The villa is equipped with security features include surveillance cameras, fire extinguishers and secure access points.
   

• Pool and Water Safety: Each villa has a swimming pool and guests are advised to exercise caution. Please adhere to safety guidelines supervise children and non-swimmers accordingly.
   

• Property Access: Only registered guests and authorised personnel are permitted to enter Kalyana Villa. Do not allow access to individuals who are not part of your group who cannot provide proper identification.
   

• Reporting Incidents: Guests are encouraged to report any security or safety incidents or concerns to villa management immediately. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action as needed.
   

• Local Regulations: Familiarise yourself with local safety regulations and laws, such as swimming advisories, dress code, and local manners. Please note to always adhere to safety advice provided by local authorities.

6. Force Majeure
 

• Definition: Kalyana Villa recognises that unforeseen and uncontrollable events, commonly referred to as "Force Majeure," can occur, making it impossible or impractical to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement. Force Majeure events include but are not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government actions, war, strikes, and other events beyond the control of Kalyana Villa.
   

• No Liability: In the event of a Force Majeure event, Kalyana Villa and its owners, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling their obligations under this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, the inability to provide accommodation, services, or amenities as originally contracted.
   

• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own safety and should take appropriate measures in response to Force Majeure events. This may include following government advisories, evacuation orders, or other safety instructions. In such situations, Kalyana Villa will provide assistance and information to the best of its ability.
   

• Reservation Modifications: If a Force Majeure event significantly affects your reservation or travel plans, Kalyana Villa will work with guests to modify or reschedule reservations, subject to availability and our modification policies. Any additional costs incurred due to such modifications may be the responsibility of the guest.
   

• Cancellation and Refunds: If a Force Majeure event necessitates the cancellation of your reservation, our cancellation policy will apply. Depending on the circumstances and the timing of the cancellation, refunds or credits may be issued as per our cancellation and refund policies.
   

• Insurance: Kalyana Villa strongly recommends that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers unexpected events, including Force Majeure occurrences. Such insurance can provide protection against financial losses resulting from trip cancellations or interruptions.
   

• Notification: If a guest is affected by a Force Majeure event, it is imperative to inform Kalyana Villa promptly to discuss available options and make necessary arrangements.
